    • Objective: Implement drug-drug and drug-allergy interaction checks.
  • Maintain Problem List
    • Objective:  Maintain an up-to-date problem list of current and active diagnoses.
  • e-Prescribing
    • Objective:  Generate and transmit permissible prescriptions electronically (eRx).
  • Active Medication List
    • Objective:  Maintain active medication list.
  • Medication Allergy List
    • Objective:  Maintain active medication allergy list.
  • Record Demographics
    • Objective:  Record all of the following demographics:
      1. Preferred language
      2. Gender
      3. Race
      4. Ethnicity
      5. Date of birth
  • Record Vital Signs
    • Objective:  Record and chart changes in the following vital signs:
